Twinkle Toes has the most sparkly silver holo flakes and a few silver holographic irregular shaped glitters. It can be worn in a couple ways depending on how it’s dipped. One dip provides a very light coverage. If you shake the goodies to the top then lay your nail on top of the powder 1-2 times you will achieve a more dense look. May be used as a topper or alone!
