Hours of Operation:
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm CST, excluding major holidays.
Order Processing:
Processing times may vary and are extended during new product launches, sales and restocks.
Depending on the total number of orders received, it can extend up to 14+ business days during these times. Join our Facebook group to stay up to date on processing and shipping times.
All products are handmade by me, so we appreciate your understanding and patience as we process your order.
Orders placed on Fridays, or days we are not operating will be processed the next available business day.
Sales & Launches:
Due to high volume, orders placed during sales and launch events can experience extended processing and shipping times (up to 14 business days)
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of the order and shipping address.
Shipping speeds reflect the time the postal carrier takes to deliver your order, and does not include the processing times mentioned above.
Please keep this and our hours of operation in mind when placing an order.
International Shipping:
All Powdered Up currently offers international shipping.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact customer service so that we can look into this issue, as we are unable to ship to certain countries.
*All Powdered Up is not responsible for any taxes and import duty fees that may incur. Please plan accordingly when placing orders.
Lost Mail:
All Powdered Up cannot control what happens to a package once it has been turned over to USPS.
While unlikely, it is possible for packages to be delayed beyond their expected delivery date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local post office and submit a “lost mail” claim if a package has not moved in 7 days or was delivered to the wrong address.
All Powdered Up is not responsible for packages lost in transit, but marked delivered, and cannot submit claims on a customers behalf. Please contact your local USPS to file a lost mail claim.
If your package has been in transit for over 45 days, please contact us at allpowderedupCS@yahoo.com for assistance. *60 days for international orders
*Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing longer than normal shipping delays, and packages are taking longer to reach their destination. We ask for your patience, as packages may require a longer amount of time to get to you.
