Galaxy Chrome is a sparkly chrome that leaves behind a beautiful blue and purple shimmer. 

In order to chrome you need either a tack-free gel top (that cures with a light) or a water-based top coat such as Sally Hansen Miracle Gel (does not require to cure with a light).
