Base is the 2nd step of this dip liquid system. Use a thin coat to cover your nail, staying away from your sidewalls and cuticles.  Gently dip into the powder, pour over or lay on top of the dip powder to coat your nail.  Complete one hand then brush your excess powder off your nails carefully.  Repeat this entire step until the desired thickness and color opacity is achieved.
